Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a

part-time Graphic Designer

to help us create great user experiences for our growing client list of clients.

You’ll work with modern AI-enhanced design tools alongside traditional Adobe Creative Suite, using technology to amplify your creativity rather than replace it. We value designers who leverage AI for efficiency while bringing genuine creative vision and strategic thinking to every project.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished designer who loves the

web ,

social media

and

designing promotional marketing materials . You should also have experience executing design and marketing projects from concept to production for websites, online promotions and branding.

You need to be an excellent design strategist familiar with a number of business models – especially Home Services (HVAC, Plumbers, Movers, General Contractors etc). You’ll also need to be a self-starter who is comfortable working with both clients and our production team of developers and copywriters.

This position is open to all residents of Canada.

As long as you can

work part time hours

and be available at least three hours per day during our regular business hours (9 – 5 pm Eastern Time zone), you can be based anywhere in Canada.
Position is for Canadian Permanent Residents only.

Requirements

Your education and experience includes:

Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident

Graphic Design degree or diploma (and ideally you’re also a certified RGD)

5+ years experience working in a web design, digital marketing agency, or similar environment(s)

Experience working effectively in a remote work environment

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal – attention to grammar and spelling is essential)

A good eye for selecting photographs and illustrations

Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities

Gift for working with clients

You have experience and expertise in:

Adobe suite software

Using AI for graphic design editing

WordPress

Social Media Design and Content Creation (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)

HTML / CSS

UX (user experience) strategies (and presenting them to clients)

Designing promotions and special offers

Photography and/or videography skill

Nice to have: knowledge of how design relates to good SEO (search engine optimization)
