Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Lafayette, Louisiana Metropolitan Area and where ever our jobs are taking place. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing initiatives that support business growth and brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing marketing campaigns, creating content for digital and traditional channels, and overseeing the company’s website and social media presence. The Marketing Manager will analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and prepare reports to guide strategy. This role also collaborates closely with leadership and project teams to promote services, highlight completed projects, and support client communications and proposals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media management, and website content updates
- Strong content creation abilities, including writing, editing, and basic design for marketing materials
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of marketing metrics to optimize campaigns
- Ability to coordinate events, sponsorships, and local outreach to support business development
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in construction, real estate, or related industries is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
