Your future challenges:
Design video creatives for advertising companies in Meta, TitTok, Google
Use and test AI tools for generating images, videos, and voiceovers
Search and develop your own creative concepts, participate in team brainstorming sessions
Search and integrate new tools that improve the process of creating and the quality of creatives.
For this, you will need the following skills and experience:
1+ years of experience in motion design
Knowledge of the principles of composition, typography, and color theory
Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects or confident use of CapCut
Experience in creating AI generations using Nano Banana/Seedream/, Higgsfield/Kling/Seedance/Veo or other tools
Creative thinking and the ability to generate unconventional ideas
Quick adaptation and a responsible attitude towards tasks
Attention to detail, high level of self-organization, and time management.
B1+ level of English for research and working with content.
