DESCRIPTION
This is a
#hybrid
position working
3 days
per week in the office.
As a key member of the team, you will bring data to life by
connecting insights, trends, and shopper behaviors into clear stories that inform strategy . You will leverage syndicated and customer data to uncover what’s happening in the market—and more importantly,
why it matters .
Your ability to
synthesize complex information
and
translate analysis into actionable, executive‑ready storytelling
will help
shape category and commercial strategies
for a portfolio of well‑known Nutrition brands. This is
not
a Power BI Developer role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and deliver
automated, scalable reporting solutions
(Power BI, Excel, syndicated databases) to track category performance, distribution, assortment, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
Translate large, complex datasets (POS, Nielsen/Circana, panel, loyalty, internal shipment data) into
actionable insights, predictive hypotheses, and prioritized growth opportunities .
Build and maintain
Power BI dashboards
for category health monitoring, executive scorecards, and ad‑hoc analytics, reducing manual reporting cycle time.
Partner with retailer analytics and insights teams to co‑develop
advanced diagnostic and prescriptive analyses
supporting category strategy decisions.
Contribute to executive‑ready presentations including
market trends, competitive analytics, panel data, whitespace identification, SWOT, and assortment optimization .
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, market research, statistics, or any related field.
5+ years related work experience, preferably in the
CPG industry .
Hands‑on experience with
syndicated
and customer scan data (e.g.,
Nielsen , Numerator), using insights to shape strategic narratives.
Proven ability to
synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
that guide business decisions.
Strong communication and
presentation
skills, with confidence in telling
concise, executive‑ready stories .
Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset
with the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining clarity and focus in a
fast‑paced environment .
