What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, account management, or similar)

Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (QAD experience is a plus, but not required)

Strong understanding of the order fulfillment or supply chain process

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent written communication skills and ability to manage demanding customers professionally

Comfortable working with and communicating across all levels of an organization

Highly detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Why This Role?

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being a key point of contact, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly for both customers and internal teams.
