Legacy Supply Chain is hiring an experienced Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager to support the company’s growth and business development organization. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match. The role reports directly to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Marketing and is based in Corporate Headquarters in downtown Indianapolis, IN.

What to expect as a Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager:

Acts as the primary marketing interface between the client’s sales organization, including inside and outside sales teams in the US and Canada.

Aligns sales targeting strategies with go-to-market campaign execution, facilitating internal review and coordination of marketing content and campaigns.

Accelerates getting content into marketing channels (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn).

Collaborates with sales teams across all Legacy business units to accelerate pipeline and revenue goals.

Partners with the Marketing team and external agencies to create campaigns, materials, and sales support programs.

Ensures accountability for marketing-generated leads and provides value‑add support on individual sales opportunities.

Maintains CRM data integrity and supports governance, reporting, dashboards, and user training.

Creates closed‑loop visibility between sales and marketing campaigns.

Researches competitor tactics, market conditions, and industry trends to inform strategy.

Supports internal and external communications initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or agency setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to create compelling content tailored to audience segments.

Tech‑savvy and data‑driven with attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills and ability to support multiple teams and programs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment.

Desire and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
