Key Responsibilities Create graphics, engaging content and other marketing materials that support campaigns and reflect brand standards across multiple channels (digital, social, and print).
Help manage our social media accounts by engaging with users and communities, while tracking performance metrics.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product positioning.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future strategies.

Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from an accredited university.
Passion for personal care, skincare, or beauty industries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, analytics).
Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
The successful candidate will need to report to the production facility in Salem, OR.
Compensation This is a paid internship, 2 days per week, 3‑4 hrs per day, with a rate of $16.50 – $17.00/hr.
