Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of tasks related to the company’s Retail Marketing functions. The role is responsible, under general supervision, for providing training, advertising material review and approval, Salesforce CRM support, regional social media marketing, and support for all branches in the respective region(s), with an emphasis on increasing market share and system adoption.
Compensation This role is a non-exempt position with a Targeted Salary Range of $19/hr to $25/hr. Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors, including local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographic location.
Essential Functions Perform training on the features and benefits of the CRM and marketing communication platforms, including technical support.
Manage set-up of social media pages and compliance approval for Loan Officers.
Provide ongoing field support via marketing tips, training videos, and daily communication in Guild’s ticketing system.
Gather, analyze, and approve user feedback to enhance marketing platforms.
Create content for regional, branch, and Loan Officer marketing, including social media posts, email newsletters, and recent hire/accomplishment celebrations on various platforms.
Ensure quality and adherence to brand standards, style guides, and business communication standards.
Collaborate on projects with graphic designers and the compliance department as needed.
Provide administrative support for marketing systems such as drip campaign management and activation of features for loan officers.
Perform simple compliance review and approval of marketing content.
Assist with coordination of regional events, including industry trade shows, sales rallies, and educational events, as needed.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field required, along with 1‑3 years of recent experience in marketing role(s).
Prior experience in real estate or the mortgage industry preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of email marketing and social media best practices.
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Proficiency with data entry and with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service within a team environment.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail.
Ethical and demonstrates a commitment to company values.
Supervision General to intermittent supervision required, depending on experience.
Apply sound judgment in execution of core job responsibilities.
Travel: 0 – 10%
Requirements Physical: Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.
Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.
Audio/Visual: Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation; regularly required to perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio, e.g., words, numbers and other data displayed on a screen or printed.
Environmental: Office environment with no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
