Position Overview
Bvlgari Perfumes is seeking a collaborative, commercially minded, and relationship-driven Trade & Product Marketing Manager to support the continued growth of the fragrance business across North America.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, Americas, this role will serve as a key marketing partner across major luxury retail accounts including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Saks Global, Macy’s, Dillard’s, and additional strategic retail partners. This individual will support the execution of retailer marketing strategies, product launches, omnichannel initiatives, and elevated consumer experiences across the North American market.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced luxury environments. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury retail, fragrance, and consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Retail & Commercial Marketing

Serve as a primary day-to-day marketing contact for key North American retail partners including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Saks Global, Macy’s, Dillard’s, and additional luxury retail accounts

Develop and participate in retailer market presentations, business reviews, and project briefs; cultivate strong retailer partnerships through ongoing engagement to identify opportunities, align on priorities, and support shared business objectives

Support retailer-specific marketing strategies aligned with launch priorities, seasonal initiatives, and commercial business objectives

Assist in the execution of integrated 360° marketing programs across in-store, digital, experiential, and promotional channels

Support co-op marketing initiatives inclusive of retailer.com visibility, digital media, sampling, clienteling, animations, and events

Partner closely with field sales teams to develop and execute in-store events, masterclasses, client experiences, and retailer activations aligned with product launches, key commercial periods, and business objectives

Identify opportunities to drive visibility, productivity, and conversion across both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels

Support innovative and test-and-learn retail initiatives designed to enhance client engagement and commercial performance

Manage retailer marketing and event budgets, calendars, project timelines, and business recaps, ensuring accurate execution, budget stewardship, and timely delivery of initiatives

Product Marketing, Forecasting & Business Analysis

Support North American launch execution and core business priorities across the fragrance portfolio

Partner closely with the Marketing Director to translate global product storytelling into retailer-relevant commercial initiatives

Conduct competitive analysis, launch recaps, and business performance reviews to support future recommendations and opportunities

Leverage Circana/NPD reporting, retailer sales data, and marketing KPIs to identify category trends, competitive insights, launch performance, and strategic growth opportunities across the North American fragrance market

Lead annual collateral forecasting and budget management for the North American market inclusive of sampling, gift-with-purchase programs, launch support materials, and retailer marketing assets

Partner cross-functionally with Global, Commercial Sales, Retail Operations, Demand Planning, and retail partners to strategically allocate sampling and collateral investments based on business priorities, productivity opportunities, and future launch initiatives

Support the development of strategic sampling and consumer engagement programs designed to drive awareness, trial, conversion, and long‑term brand growth across key retail channels

Ability to translate business performance and data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Retail Excellence

Partner collaboratively across Global, Commercial Sales, Retail Operations, Finance, Demand Planning, Retail Excellence & Training, Visual Merchandising & Store Design, E‑Commerce, PR & Communications teams to ensure strong alignment and execution across key strategic initiatives

Support the communication and sharing of key business updates, launch information, retailer plans, and marketing priorities across departments

Plan and execute elevated in-store experiences, visual merchandising execution, retailer events, and clienteling initiatives aligned with Bvlgari’s luxury positioning

Support seasonal field communications, retailer events, and selling tools to help ensure elevated and consistent execution across channels and retailer environments

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or related industries

Experience working with luxury department stores and national retail partners strongly preferred

Strong understanding of the North American prestige beauty and fragrance landscape

Previous experience partnering closely with field sales teams and retail environments preferred

Experience managing sampling programs, collateral forecasting, and marketing budgets required

Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional relationship management skills

Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business performance into actionable insights

Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Passion for luxury retail, product storytelling, and elevated client experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required

Experience with Circana/NPD and retailer reporting platforms preferred

Hybrid NYC (4 days in office)
