Advanced proficiency in Revit, including 3D modeling of walls, floors, slabs, and custom profiles
Experience creating and modifying Revit families and parametric components
Strong understanding of architectural geometry and construction assemblies
Ability to model complex or free-form elements accurately
Familarity with coordinating models in server-based or BIM 360 / ACC cloud projects
Basic understanding of linking external models and project coordinate systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Design, or related field
Experience modeling architectural concrete, landscape, or site features
Knowledge of AutoCAD (xrefs, blocks, sheet sets) is helpful but not required
Experience with Dynamo or advanced Revit tools
Familarity with Bluebeam, Dropbox, or online project management software
Exposure to hospitality, resort, theme park, or experiential design projects a plus
Responsibilities & Duties Develop and maintain detailed 3D Revit models for architectural and aquatic feature elements
Model custom feature basins, free-form walls, floor slabs, and related structures
Assist with sheet creation, documentation, and annotation as needed
Maintain project templates, standards, and libraries
Coordinate Revit models with team members and external consultants
Support multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
