The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving Ricardo Beverly Hills’ digital marketing performance across e-commerce, paid media, email, social media, and content channels.
This role is ideal for a digitally savvy marketer who enjoys balancing creativity with analytics — someone who can build campaigns, create content autonomously, analyze results, optimize customer journeys, and identify opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, conversion, and lifetime customer value.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, Product, and Sales teams to bring Ricardo’s travel stories and products to life across digital platforms for all our brands.
Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Growth & Website Optimization Support daily management and optimization of Ricardo’s e-commerce ecosystem.
Monitor website performance, conversion rates, customer behavior, and sales trends.
Identify opportunities to improve the online shopping experience, navigation, merchandising, and conversion funnel.
Support product launches including collection setup, content updates, promotions, and digital merchandising.
Assist with Shopify Plus updates, landing pages, homepage refreshes, and promotional campaigns.
Conduct competitive research and identify digital trends within travel, luggage, and lifestyle categories.
Interact with internal departments (Design, Customer Services, Sales)
Paid Digital Marketing & Performance Campaigns Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across:
Google Ads
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Monitor campaign performance including:
ROAS
CAC
CTR
CPC
Conversion rate
Revenue contribution
Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to improve campaign efficiency.
Support A/B testing of creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
Email Marketing & CRM Support email marketing calendar development and execution.
Create and manage campaigns including:
Retail and Seasonal promotions
Travel inspiration content
Customer retention campaigns
Abandoned cart and lifecycle campaigns
Analyze email performance and recommend improvements.
Assist with audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
Social Media & Content Marketing Support Ricardo’s social media presence across:
Instagram
Facebook
TikTok
LinkedIn
Develop engaging content ideas that connect with travelers and lifestyle audiences.
Assist with influencer collaborations and user-generated content programs.
Coordinate content calendars for all our brands, publishing schedules, and performance reporting.
Help transform product features into compelling consumer stories.
Analytics & Reporting Track and report digital marketing KPIs.
Create recurring performance dashboards and insights.
Use data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
Monitor customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue trends.
Translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
AI & Marketing Technology Explore and leverage AI-powered marketing tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and customer engagement.
Support automation opportunities including:
Reporting automation
Stay current on emerging digital marketing technologies and best practices.
Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify +experience preferred).
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Experience Experience working with consumer products, retail, fashion, travel, or lifestyle brands.
Understanding of conversion optimization and online merchandising.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Attentive, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
Experience using AI marketing tools and automation platforms. (Claude, Gemini, Chatgpt)
Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
