The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Firm’s Client Development & Engagement efforts by working collaboratively to develop and utilize technology for the Firm’s events and content marketing strategy. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining marketing technology platforms (email marketing, website, client relationship management (CRM), webinars, podcasts); assisting with developing marketing communications and invitations; maintaining best practices throughout; and troubleshooting issues.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPromote and develop content marketing initiatives through publications, digital events, podcasts and video marketingSupport events team by managing technical elements of event lifecycle, including developing registration forms, distribution of Firm invitations, reporting and ensuring connections between various marketing technology platformsDevelop and maintain distribution lists relating to content marketing initiativesSupport marketing communications and BD activities by managing distribution of Firm electronic communications and ensuring quality controlReview analytics to measure success of initiatives and opportunities for improvement and reporting purposesHelp to manage operations for the Firm’s website and extranets, including the posting and removal of content; implementing SEO and Accessibility best practices; consulting on branding updates related to web design and functionality; and troubleshootingManage, update and monitor the Firm’s CRM database and related platforms as it relates to digital marketing strategy; enter and modify data and evaluate, analyze, audit and utilize information in support of business initiativesWorking with other team members, keep abreast of latest trends, best practices, developments and availability of new digital marketing and business development technologyWork with other members of the CDE team as well as other departments to help connect information resources to support business development needsMaintain brand consistency and adherence to the Firm’s brand guidelines across digital marketing channelsSupport Client Development projects and other Firm initiatives as neededEducationRequiredBachelor’s degree requiredPreferredMajor in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology or related fieldSkills and ExperienceRequired2 + years of relevant experienceStrong project management skills, initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a highly competitive and demanding environmentStrong attention to detail and self-motivated to produce accurate, timely and complete work productExcellent data management and data manipulations skillsMust be flexible and willing to work additional hours as neededStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skills to make sound decisions, provide solutions or recommendations and escalate as appropriateAbility to interact well and build professional relationships through networking and collaboration while maintaining a high level of customer service, diplomacy and discretionAbility to anticipate requests for information essential to meet internal and external client needs appropriate to the role, providing exceptional customer serviceAbility to quickly develop organizational astuteness and understand the Firm’s culture, vision, policies and practicesProficiency in MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as marketing technologiesPreferredLaw Firm and/or IT experience a plusExperience with HTMLExperience with salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics and/or InterActionExperience with email marketing tools, such as Vuture, MailChimp, etc.Experience with webinar platforms, such as ON24, Zoom, etc.Salary InformationSalary RangeCA Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 at the time of posting.The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
