Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
Assist the Director of Sales with departmental goals and specific sales objectives.
Provide a high level of service to clientele and administrative support for the Sales & Marketing Department, actively solicit business for the hotel.
Must be able to work flexible days and shifts, have a strong service-oriented attitude, and work well with others.
Qualifications

Must be able to communicate in English.
Previous experience in hotel/catering Sales, Revenue Management and/or Group Reservations highly desirable; hotel operations experience and Delphi preferred.
