R&I Primary Care District Sales Manager- Denver, CO

The District Sales Manager for the R&I Primary Care Team leads and develops Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists to achieve performance objectives, provide mentorship, build customer relationships, and identify strategic business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists to achieve performance objectives.

Develop people and drive business by observing interactions with key customers and providing mentorship and feedback.

Act as a role model and liaison, encouraging dedication, trust, teamwork, and motivation for the shared vision, facilitating team communication and morale.

Actively seek and meet the needs of internal and external customers by building relationships, identifying strategic business opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions.

Lead multiple priorities and resources related to individual and group efforts; take ownership to redirect efforts as needed to deliver high efficiency and quality of work.

Demonstrate strong business ethics, understand basic business principles, and interpret available resources to make sound business decisions.

Essential Requirements

3+ years of demonstrated sales, B2B, or commercial experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industry.

Proven leadership capabilities and people‑management experience.

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Desirable Requirements

3+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales Leadership experience.

Exposure or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Sales Training, Customer Solutions, Sales Operations, Managed Care, and Marketing.
