AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated CAM Operator who is looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and show a true sense of urgency. Translate and transform customer-supplied design data into panelized tools required by manufacturing.
Essential Job Function Provide tooling for standard PCB designs.
Receive customer data and analyze against DFM (design for manufacturability) criteria and provide feedback.
Repair violations and edit the single image as required (vendor logos, etc.)
Panelize data and output to photo plotters, NC download systems, continuity test, AOI cam, etc.
Develop NC programming for drillers/routers including scoring/milling/beveling equipment.
Communicate with customers and outside services.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, 2nd Shift.
Requirements Essential Qualifications CAM Operator II Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CAM Operator.
2 years' CAM Software experience required; Frontline Genesis experience preferred
Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Additional Skills Ability to be a team player.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb stairs, and reach with both hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and to perform repetitive motions. The employee is frequently required to sit.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. These vision requirements are necessary to complete the keyboarding, filing, and copying functions of the job
Compensation/Benefits California Pay Range: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour USD | DOE
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
