Key responsibilities
Lead assortment recommendations and strategic analyses across assigned business units to optimize product offerings
Coordinate and develop plans based on shopper insights and brand strategies, ensuring alignment with internal and external goals
Translate complex data into actionable insights and contribute to persuasive presentations for assortment planning
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in business, customer management, or category management
Proficient in retail shelf analysis and quantitative business analysis
Experience presenting to Executive Level staff
Experience with modular planogram development
