Regional Sales Executive – School Partnerships & Sales GrowthInter-State Studio & Publishing Co. is looking for a Regional Sales Executive to join our team for the Texas Region and surrounding area!Inter-State Studio is a family-owned school photography and yearbook company that has been successfully serving schools for over 90 years.By listening to the needs of our customers and utilizing the latest technologies, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality school portraits and yearbooks with affordable pricing and excellent service.Position Overview:The Regional Sales Executive plays a key role in driving new business and supporting territory growth. This position focuses on building a strong pipeline of prospective schools, executing regional sales strategies, and partnering closely with Territory Managers, District Managers, and Marketing.This is a hybrid role with a strong field presence, approximately 60% travel for in-person school visits and 40% remote work.What you’ll be doing:Sales & ProspectingBuild and manage a personal pipeline of prospective school accountsConduct cold outreach, school visits, presentations, and follow-upsExecute company sales process (approach, interview, presentation)Partner with Territory Managers to align on goals and high-priority opportunitiesTerritory & Relationship SupportSupport rebooking efforts and maintain relationships with existing schoolsConduct site visits and ensure smooth handoff of new accounts to Territory ManagersProvide additional support during peak sales periods and regional initiativesBids, RFPs & Sales OperationsManage full bid/RFP process including coordination, submission, and follow-upGather pricing, documentation, and compliance materials across teamsTrack pipeline activity, bids, and customer interactions in HubSpotEvents & CollaborationAssist with planning and attending regional events and conventionsPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Publishing, and OperationsShare field insights to improve sales strategy, tools, and messagingWhat we’ll need from you:2+ years of B2B sales experienceProven ability to prospect, cold call, and close new businessComfortable with frequent outbound phone and email outreachExperience using a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skillsWillingness to travel regularly and conduct in-person school visitsValid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territoriesPreferredExperience selling to schools, school districts, or educational organizationsFamiliarity with school photography, yearbooks, or related servicesExperience supporting or managing trade shows or conventionsThis is a great fit if you are:Self-motivated and comfortable working independentlyConfident communicator with strong relationship-building skillsResults-driven with a proactive sales mindsetHighly organized and detail-orientedCollaborative team playerWhat We Offer:Competitive pay commensurate with experience $50-64KMedical, Vision, Dental benefits401K retirement planPaid time off, vacation, and sick leaveBonus opportunityRemote work optionsA supportive and innovative work environmentJoin our team and be a part of a company that values innovation, growth, and making a positive impact in schools across the nation.
