The Senior Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the successful achievement of Yellow Cardinal Advisory Group, Yellow Cardinal Private Client, Yellow Cardinal Brokerage Services, and Yellow Cardinal Mergers & Acquisitions, all First Financial companies. This person is a strategic, creative, high capacity and organized with strong skills in both traditional and digital marketing functions. The Sr. Marketing Manager will play a critical role in both the overarching strategic as well as execution of customer acquisition, retention, and expansion goals through the development of go-to-market strategies, campaigns, sales enablement, client engagement, lead generation, content, media, advertising, and evaluating ROI and success of these critical marketing activities. The Manager will effectively work with line of business partners, cross-functional team members, supplies, and vendors to ensure all components are aligned with key organization goals and meet marketing and bank objectives for accuracy, as well as maximizing channel revenue growth, while balancing scope and quality.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Partner with Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing Leadership team to research and understand opportunities for improved achievement of bank goals and strategies
Develop key marketing strategies to achieve critical bank goals
Understand and work closely with line of business leadership and sales teams to design effective
Creative: Experience with guiding creative development both internal and external. Ability to oversee and provide primary direction to creative agencies and partners
Strong project management skills

Must be able to self-motivate and see projects through from start to finish among multiple priorities.
Oversee external mass media execution with agency partners and appropriate members of Marketing Leadership team
Oversee projects and campaigns throughout the project lifecycle

from initial planning, through execution and analysis
Lead collaborative efforts between internal resources, cross-departmental peer and external partners
Partner with Digital Marketing Managers to ensure digital creative execution effective and aligned with overall marketing efforts
Provide analysis of marketing efforts
Supports lead management efforts with research, analysis and reporting in related market research areas, targeted segmentation and brand strategies that's aligned with company goals.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job

Minimum 8 - 10 years hands on experience in leading marketing creative, campaigns and strategic marketing plans to achieve key organizational goals
Strategic thinker and performer with strong planning capabilities and proven track record in delivering best practices to drive efficiency
Adaptable to and comfortable with ever-changing business demands. Takes initiative to work through ambiguity and effectively solve problems.
Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills, and demonstrated ability to build positive business relationships and partnerships
Proven leadership with the ability to collaborate with others
Experience managing external marketing vendor partnerships and managing marketing agencies
Familiarity with media planning, placement, analysis and creative development in support
Strong creative and communication skills

Experience with a managed industry (insurance, finance, wealth management, etc.) a plus
Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in Marketing or related field
Preferred Knowledge and Skills

Experience with a managed industry, Wealth Management, Finance, Insurance, Banking, etc. a plus
MBA in Marketing or related field
Experience with Salesforce CRM, Adobe Analytics, and/or Lead Platforms a plus
