Content Marketing Director

As a Content Marketing Director, you will lead Integrity's enterprise content and social ecosystem

setting strategic direction, driving consistent execution, and ensuring content and social efforts scale across brands, audiences, and channels.
You will take complicated enterprise initiatives, product narratives, and market signals and translate them into clear, compelling content that resonates across consumer, agent, partner, and internal audiences. This role oversees content strategy across Integrity, and multiple business units and audience segments, ensuring alignment to Integrity's brand, growth priorities, and long-term vision.
This is a full-time, onsite role in our Dallas, TX office.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the enterprise-level content and social strategy, ensuring alignment across business units, brands, and platforms
Define channel-specific roles for web, email, social, influencer, and emerging platforms within the broader marketing ecosystem
Establish scalable frameworks and standards for content and social execution to be implemented across business lines (life, health, and wealth) and Integrity owned companies
Long-term strategic planning with near-term business priorities and campaign needs
Lead Integrity's organic social strategy across platforms, ensuring consistent voice, positioning, and execution
Develop and oversee influencer and creator/agent partnerships, including research, onboarding, content alignment, and performance assessment to drive SaaS adoption amongst agents for IntegrityCONNECT and related products
Ensure social channels support executive visibility and positioning of key talent and employees as thought leaders, and expanding Integrity's employee advocacy through content and social media
Monitor platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging channels to inform strategic direction
Write and schedule social media posts, promotional copy, and event listings to support marketing campaigns and webinars
Oversee social media advertising efforts across all platforms, leading strategic planning and execution of media budgets and optimizing for desired outcomes (adoption, utilization, engagement, lead generation, etc.) by initiative or campaign
Community management and drive engagement with target audiences through consistent thought leadership and activity on social platforms
Oversee enterprise content calendars across products, projects and initiatives
Leverage AI tools to improve content ideation, efficiencies, optimization, and performance analysis; Ensure responsible, consistent, and brand-safe use of AI across planning and execution
Write and oversee high-impact content, including blogs, thought leadership pieces, executive communications, and campaign messaging optimized for visibility, SEO, and industry exposure
Oversee email newsletters, announcements, and lifecycle content in partnership with internal marketing owners
Stay current on compliance requirements for healthcare and financial services content and marketing content
Lead, mentor, and scale content and social media team
Serve as a senior marketing stakeholder and advisor across the organization
Your Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field
6+ years of marketing leadership experience in agency or corporate settings
Demonstrated leadership setting enterprise-level strategy while remaining close to execution of content marketing, social media management, editorial direction, and brand storytelling
Exceptional writing, editing, and messaging abilities
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content strategy, production, or measurement
Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
Skilled in SEO, analytics platforms, and content management systems
Experience in holistic content and social media planning, including social media advertising
Expert at aligning content strategies with business objectives through strong project management and organizational skills
