Labeling Specialist
The Labeling Specialist updates and maintains product labels, collaborates closely with the research and development team to implement changes, and ensures all information is accurately entered and maintained in the labeling systems.
Responsibilities
Update product labels to reflect the most current information, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the research and development team to review label content and implement necessary adjustments.
Input and maintain label data accurately in the designated systems or databases.
Verify the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all label information before finalization.
Track and document changes to labels to maintain clear version control and audit trails.
Communicate label updates and changes to relevant internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
Support continuous improvement of labeling processes by identifying and suggesting enhancements.
Essential Skills
Ability to update and maintain labels with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including research and development.
Proficiency in entering and managing information in computer-based systems or databases.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple label updates and changes simultaneously.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to coordinate label changes and clarify requirements.

Work Environment
The role operates in a professional office or laboratory-support environment where the Labeling Specialist works closely with research and development and other internal teams. Work typically involves extensive use of computers and labeling systems, careful review of documentation, and coordination across departments during standard business hours.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
