EarthCam is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute initiatives focused on customer acquisition, SEO strategy, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), website growth, analytics, AI-enhanced marketing workflows, and lead generation.
This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing marketing initiatives that drive measurable business impact across EarthCam's B2B and B2C platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience identifying growth opportunities, analyzing performance data, optimizing digital experiences, and leveraging modern marketing technologies and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and performance.
This individual will work closely with Sales, Product, Creative, and leadership teams to support company growth initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Owning SEO strategy and ongoing optimization initiatives across EarthCam websites
Developing and executing customer acquisition and lead generation initiatives
Supporting GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve discoverability across emerging AI-powered search experiences and platforms
Monitoring website performance and identifying growth opportunities
Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations
Managing and optimizing SEM and digital marketing initiatives
Developing dashboards, reporting tools, and monitoring key performance indicators
Identifying opportunities to improve conversion funnels and customer acquisition efforts
Partnering with Sales and Product teams to support growth initiatives
Coordinating with Creative and internal teams to execute campaigns and website initiatives
Researching industry trends, competitor activity, AI search trends, and emerging growth opportunities
Utilizing AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency, content workflows, campaign optimization, and reporting processes
Exploring opportunities to integrate AI tools into marketing initiatives and operational workflows
