Business Development Manager

to grow our presence across Northern New Jersey. This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys building relationships, attending events, and being the face of a fast-growing company.
What You’ll Be Doing

Meeting new people daily—contractors, business owners, and referral partners
Building strong relationships and becoming their go-to contact
Attending events, networking, and representing the brand
Turning conversations into business through follow-up and consistency
Managing your own territory and growing your pipeline
