Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, responsible for owning and optimizing paid search channels, driving cost efficiency, and leading the expansion into paid social initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, managing account structure, campaigns, and bidding strategies

Drive profitable scale by balancing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and volume against unit-economics targets

Build and maintain reporting tools to monitor spend pacing, CAC by funnel stage, and payback metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with deep expertise in Google Ads

Experience managing over $1.2 million in annual paid budgets, with a strong understanding of efficiency versus volume trade-offs

Proficient in data analysis, including metrics like CAC, payback, and conversion tracking

Experience with paid social platforms, ideally having launched or relaunched a program

Familiarity with B2C subscription or freemium funnels, including trial-based conversion tracking
