Seeking a contract Multimedia Motion Designer to create engaging video and animation content for Total Rewards programs at a leading technology company, working remotely and requiring mid-level experience in motion design and video editing.
Key Responsibilities

Produce explainer videos to support HR and Total Rewards programs, including benefits updates and program launches
Create animated content for campaigns such as open enrollment and employee wellbeing initiatives
Develop short-form video content designed for employee and manager consumption, enhancing leadership storytelling through internal videos and executive communications

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in motion design and animation, with proficiency in tools such as After Effects
Video editing and storytelling skills, including pacing, sequencing, and narrative development
Experience creating short-form video content for internal or enterprise audiences preferred
Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, visually compelling stories
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
