Morgan Hunter is partnering with a large, well-established organization to add a Program Manager to support strategic initiatives across a collaborative internal team. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, building repeatable processes, and helping teams execute projects more effectively.

We're looking for a creative, project-minded professional who can take a concept and develop the tools, templates, and implementation plans needed to bring it to life. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys improving processes, and thrives with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, playbooks, and implementation frameworks for strategic initiatives

Create templates, tools, and documentation to support consistent execution across multiple teams

Partner with leadership to organize priorities and move projects forward

Coordinate meetings, events, and cross-functional communications
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project management, program management, communications, marketing support, or a related field

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Excellent written communication and presentation abilities

Experience creating documentation, templates, and process guides

Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day project details

Self-starter who works well independently and takes ownership of projects

Experience supporting organizational initiatives or change management is a plus
