Proposal Coordinator

Job Description Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company, has an immediate opening for a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Irvine, CA office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will:
Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualification proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
Assist with various other marketing-related tasks
Qualifications Desired Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
Demonstrated experience performing similar services with A/E/C firms is a plus

Additional Information Salary range: $30-$40/hour, depending on qualifications.
Job Type: Full-Time; in-office, with possibility of one day remote/hybrid schedule.
