Proposal Coordinator

Job Description:

WE have an immediate opening for a Proposal Coordinator for our Irvine, CA office to work closely with our marketing team. The successful candidate will:

Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs

Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables

Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups

Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program

Assist with various other marketing‑related tasks

Desired Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)

Demonstrated experience performing similar services with A/E/C firms is a plus
