Azure FinOps Consultant - PR

To support a growing practice, the full-time Azure FinOps Consultant - PR will provide FinOps services as a cloud customer success manager, focusing on cloud billing and licensing models while ensuring a positive customer experience in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct customer business reviews to identify cloud utilization and cost optimization opportunities
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers
Define, measure, and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Experience supporting Microsoft Azure clients
Willingness to obtain FinOps Practitioner Certification
BS Degree in Business or a Technology-related field; graduate degree preferred
One year of experience with public cloud billing and licensing models or a willingness to learn
One year of experience in the Microsoft Azure Portal or similar Cloud Portals or a willingness to learn
