We’re looking for a hands‑on Content Creator who can bring the Wingstop flavor, food, and culture to life across social and digital platforms through compelling visual narratives. The role requires a creative visual storyteller who works at speed, shooting and editing fast‑turnaround assets that feel culturally relevant, platform‑native, and unmistakably Wingstop. Strong editorial instincts and the ability to balance speed with quality are essential.
Role Responsibilities
Own day‑to‑day content capture, editing, and delivery for Wingstop's always‑on social and digital channels.
Develop original creative concepts and visual narratives that support Wingstop's brand, marketing objectives, and cultural relevance.
Apply strong editorial and creative judgment to identify content opportunities aligned with Wingstop's brand, audience, cultural moments, and business priorities.
Create content that showcases Wingstop's food in a crave‑able, abundant, and brand‑appropriate way across all formats and platforms.
Partner with Social, Brand, and Creative teams to translate campaigns, cultural moments, and business priorities into social‑first content.
Support campaigns, partnerships, influencer activations, and live events through content capture, editing, and real‑time storytelling.
Help increase Wingstop's ability to create and publish timely, culturally relevant content by identifying and capturing moments worth sharing.
Maintain a consistent visual identity and creative standard across content outputs while balancing speed with quality.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while operating effectively within cross‑functional workflows involving internal teams, agencies, creators, talent, and external partners.
Stay informed on evolving platform behaviors, creator trends, and emerging content formats to continuously improve creative output.
Bring a proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented approach to content creation, production challenges, and creative opportunities.

Experience
What You’ll Need
5–7 years of experience creating content for brands, in agencies, or in‑house creative teams.
Experience producing content across multiple digital and social platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating video, photography, editing, and social‑first storytelling work.
Creative & Craft
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and editing.
Ability to shoot high‑quality content with professional camera equipment.
Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines and shifting priorities while maintaining strong creative standards.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro required.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
Understanding of content formats, trends, and best practices across social platforms.
Strong attention to detail and creative craft.
Demonstrated ability to independently develop original creative concepts and translate business objectives into compelling visual content.
Strong creative judgment with the ability to make independent decisions regarding visual style, narrative structure, and content execution.
Cultural Awareness
Deep understanding of social media culture, platform behaviors, and evolving content trends.
