We are looking for a driven professional passionate about AI, machine learning, computational and data science within life sciences.

Key responsibilities involve building and leading the talent solutions team, working closely with senior leadership across our Europe unit, and leveraging extensive resources to support the full spectrum of drug discovery to commercial launch.

Responsibilities

Build out the best talent solutions team in the industry.

Collaborate closely with the leadership team in Europe.

Leverage over 1,400 signed terms & conditions to supercharge the UK & EU-focused Computational AI/ML business unit.

Support initiatives across the entire product pipeline from drug discovery to commercial launch.

Qualifications

Curious mindset with passion for continual learning in sales, AI/ML and life sciences.

Experience in business development, account growth and solution selling.
