Job Summary Product Producer – Video & Still Production (Target HQ, Winter Street Creative Studio)
Pay Range $58,100.00 – $104,600.00 (based on labor market, education, experience, certifications)
Core Responsibilities Own assigned complex business/campaign categories and manage the product lifecycle for video and still production.
Understand merchant product priorities and inventory analytics, proactively identify and resolve conflicting sample needs.
Coordinate product connectivity across channels for shoots that use the same samples/product priorities.
Serve as the central product resource on set, addressing all product‑related information, questions, and issues for key partners such as the stylist.
Collaborate with the Creative Producer, BCM Project Manager, and Warehouse Lead to execute projects, communicating status and potential issues.
Attend pre‑shoot meetings (style outs, product reviews) for assigned business areas; gather pertinent information, confirm timing/location, and unpack/process samples.
Identify risks, build contingency plans for products that are late or missing, and track missing items for follow‑up.
Process, pack, and unpack product; organize and manage logistics throughout each production.
Travel to shoots to provide on‑set support as the product knowledge expert.
Collaborate with Creative, Stylist, and Art Department teams to enforce product usage guidelines.
Create the DPCI tracking grid during shoots to link products back to direct mail copy, Target.com shopability, and media plans.
Follow up post‑shoot with partners on logistical needs such as color separation, additional shoots, or carry‑forward.
Engage Warehouse Operations Lead and Logistics Lead to provide accurate project details and delivery priorities.
Develop category/business capabilities, institutional knowledge, and strong partnerships over time.
Lead ongoing process assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications 4‑year college degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong independent work ethic, drive results, and adaptability.
Willingness to travel and provide on‑set support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
