ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Outhouse Designs has an immediate full time opening for an experienced, highly motivated and energetic sales professional. Screen printing and/or promotional product/ad specialty industry sales experience preferred. Or, you should possess extensive experience selling to a broad range of businesses. Responsibilities:

Business Development - identifying and qualifying leads generated from cold-calling, networking, marketing, referrals and lead databases.

Account Management - including data entry, quotes, sales contracts for orders, meeting with clients.

Customer Relations - servicing and expanding business by understanding clients' needs.

Requirements:

A strong work ethic; highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little supervision.

Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.

3 + years of successful B2B sales experience.

Prior record of success demonstrating experience in lead generation, cold calling and new business development.

Have met annual goal in previous sales position of $500k.

Earnings:
Base salary plus commission - in addition to our full benefits package. Compensation based on sales experience.

SCREEN PRINT PRESS OPERATOR
Outhouse Designs is seeking an automatic screen print press operator for printing on t-shirts. Looking for press operators with experience running M&R equipment. This is a full-time position. Pay rate depending on level of experience.

The right candidate must meet the following criteria:

Prior 5 year automatic screen printing experience.

Able to quickly and accurately set up and take down a large multitude of orders per day.

Must be able to color mix and match to PMS specifications.

Tasks Include:

Fulfilling daily allotment of orders to exact specifications.

Quick and accurate set up and take down is key to this position.

Daily housekeeping of screen printing area

EMBROIDERY MACHINE OPERATOR
Outhouse Designs is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator. The primary responsibility is to ensure that orders are embellished accurately, on time and in accordance with our quality standards. This is a full-time position. Pay rate depending on level of experience.

Responsibilities:

Operation of embroidery equipment.

Produce orders by following established standard operating procedures.

Communicate delays or problems that might keep a specific order from being completed.

Ensure quality standards are maintained during production.

Confirm orders are accurate for quantities, placement locations and garment types.

Maintain daily production records.

Follow preventative maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience working on any type of embroidery machine

Ability to multitask, able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and take initiative
