Warehouse Workers and Forklift Operators

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to safely move, stage, and load materials

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Assist with

bagging, labeling, and handling seed products

Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Support general warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications

Previous forklift experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)

Ability to lift up to

70 lbs consistently

Comfortable working in a

hands-on, physically active environment

Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and transportation

Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety procedures

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
