Servpro Team Wilson Alliance is hiring a Business Development Manager!

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving marketing campaigns, overseeing the client database, and maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events. This role focuses on growing business profit and revenue and developing long‑standing business relationships. Ideal candidates are proactive, enjoy providing superior service, and are high‑performing sales professionals who love taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits.

Prepare a business development plan based on past performance and franchise growth objectives to meet or exceed planned revenue and activity goals.

Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships within the sales territory and seek new prospects and leads to ensure revenue growth.

Complete annual marketing needs assessment, including planning the number of CE classes, lunch‑and‑learns, scheduling the budget, and developing action plans for business decisions.

Perform a comparative analysis of revenue, collection, and activity metrics against established goals.

Develop marketing initiatives and a budget to create an annual marketing plan.

Recruit, train, develop, and manage marketing teammates.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience preferred.

At least five years of direct sales experience.

At least one year of management experience.

Experience building a strong team with tangible leadership skills.

Strong process‑driven and results‑oriented attitude.

Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.

Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies

Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.

Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
