Job Description
This role provides phone‑based services to relationship clients, expected to handle 20–30 inbound service calls daily to resolve financial needs. Key responsibilities include deepening relationships by referring clients to specialized sales teams and serving as a central entry point into a fully licensed financial services career. The role involves managing products, trading in self‑directed accounts, maintaining knowledge on chat functionality, and a broad array of financial products.
Responsibilities
Identify clients’ needs and find proper solutions to meet those needs by referring sales opportunities to specialists and sales teams.
Receive training through licensing/study program, earning SIE, S7, and S66 certifications.
Focus daily on service to sales with existing Merrill clients.
Provide exceptional client care, growing client relationships, and guiding clients with needs‑based solutions that support their financial goals.
