The Opportunity
The Regional Sales Manager is a key leader within the US Commercial team responsible for driving profitable growth, sales performance, operational excellence, and team development across an assigned territory. This role provides leadership and direction to Account Development Managers and Store Managers while executing strategic initiatives that drive business results.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager, the Regional Sales Manager is accountable for leading teams, improving store performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across the region.
The Regional Sales Manager will work remotely in the

St. Louis, MO

area and this will be a remote role with travel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow a profitable US Stores territory by achieving sales, profitability, and operational goals
Coach, develop, and drive performance across Store Managers and Account Development Managers
Create and execute regional profit plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Analyze sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to improve performance
Monitor key performance indicators including sales, gross margin, conversion rates, and cost-to-serve metrics
Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business goals
Support promotional strategies, local selling events, and customer engagement activities
Represent the company at customer events and build strong relationships that support sales growth
Partner with Store Managers on staffing, team development, store standards, and operational execution
Ensure effective onboarding, training, and development programs are implemented across the region
Support compliance with safety standards, 5S expectations, and company policies
Improve operational efficiency through cost management and process improvement initiatives
Oversee inventory management processes including physical counts, cycle counts, SLOB reduction, ordering, and inventory accuracy
Support resolution of inventory issues and train teams on best practices
Oversee store maintenance activities and ensure operational standards are maintained
Identify performance gaps and lead action plans that improve profitability and team effectiveness

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
5+ years of retail operations, sales leadership, or multi-unit management experience
Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
Strong understanding of sales strategy, operational performance, and financial metrics
Experience with CRM tools, sales analytics, and territory reporting preferred
Ability to travel within assigned territory up to 50%
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
