Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer with deep automotive industry expertise to lead integrated productions across national marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for guiding creative execution from concept through delivery across broadcast, digital, social, experiential, CRM, retail, and emerging platforms.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with automotive brands and understands the complexity of vehicle launches, dealer and retail marketing, connected vehicle ecosystems, experiential activations, and large-scale content production.
Day-to-day, your role includes:
Lead integrated productions across automotive marketing initiatives, including vehicle launches, brand campaigns, CRM, retail, experiential, social, and content ecosystems while managing an account.
Develop production approaches that balance creative ambition, efficiency, timing, and budget requirements.
Lead bidding, scoping, staffing, contract negotiations, and production planning.
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled workflows, virtual production, and content automation.
Ensure legal, business affairs, union, talent, licensing, and compliance requirements are properly managed.
Mentor and develop producers on their team
Qualifications
Four-year degree or equivalent industry experience
10-12 years integrated production experience.
Demonstrated experience with vehicle launch campaigns, retail marketing, B2B, and dealer communication.
Creativity and innovative problem-solving skills required
Deep experience managing cross discipline people in the production industry
Experience and full working knowledge of all disciplines of agency production
Demonstrate leadership, confidence and a positive attitude at all times
Senior client facing skills integral to position
Listening, mediating, and issue resolution skills
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and diverse talents
Experience in pitch work - in building a pitch, developing audio/video assets, and participating in client meetings and presentations
Advanced skills in managing and growing a cross disciplined team
Must have reel and examples of work
Candidate must be open to travel as needed
Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation

Compensation Range: USD $129,485.00 - USD $177,200.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
