Digital Motion Designer

Seeking a full-time Digital Motion Designer to work remotely, who will be responsible for concepting, designing, and producing high-performing static and motion creative for paid digital campaigns across various platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate creative strategies into compelling visual assets.
Key responsibilities

Concepting, designing, and producing static and motion creative for paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms
Collaborating with Creative Strategists and cross-functional teams to translate creative strategies into performance-driven assets
Creating pixel-perfect assets while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and platform specifications

Required qualifications

4-6 years of experience in digital, graphic, or motion design, preferably with performance marketing experience
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced creative environment, such as an agency
A portfolio showcasing strong digital design and motion graphics across multiple channels
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong understanding of motion design principles and digital production workflows
