PHP DEVELOPER
Responsibilities:

Design and implementation of web applications that will serve clients need.

Use PHP and MySQL for developing web applications.

Manage complex databases including internal resources.

Optimize existing application code and database design.

Perform daily and weekly maintenance of MySQL databases and web script files.

Provide daily and weekly work updates to the Project Manager.

Maintain and create modules according to the specification of the Project Manager and clients.

Coordinate and assist the web team with any modifications or additions to existing and new projects.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming or Equivalent.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.

Female candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Economics or any equivalent course.

Female candidates currently enrolled in any college/university and have a requirement for internship in the curriculum.

Third and fourth year college students taking up Information Technology / Computer Science or other related courses are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge and understanding of current authoring languages, editing and authoring tools, and related website technologies.

Solid understanding of client-side and web-based internet and intranet technologies.

Familiarity with the latest Internet trends and technologies.

Good English communication skills, both written and oral.

Required language(s): English, Filipino.

Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Applicants must be willing to work in Novaliches or Quezon City (Novaliches area, Mindanao Ave, Quirino H-way).

Must have proficiency in Object Oriented PHP, MySQL, HTML, JS and CSS.

Must have strong design sense for color, layout, creative skills and ability to generate design ideas.

Adobe Illustrator, Basic Action Script (preferred skill).

Website design experience with a background in developing graphical user interfaces, ad banners, and newsletters.

Highly self-motivated and team player.

Team player, can work alone without supervision or be part of a team of developers.

Able to work independently and effectively.

Create functional and attractive websites, designs banners, logos, and other images for website use.

Develop ready-to-use website templates.

Works with clients during design consultation periods.

Lead the implementation of the interactive marketing strategies.

Understand Voice-of-Customer.

Organized, systematic, flexible and responsible.

Excellent interpersonal relation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing.

Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
