Role
The Photographer is a member of the media collection team for Homes.com and Apartments.com. Equipped with Matterport Pro3 and other equipment, the Photographer captures virtual tours, floorplans, and marketing photography for residential homes and apartments. Each Photographer has a core territory and services clients as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints using Matterport Pro3 cameras.

Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments.

Work with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.

Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management.

Assist with commercial real‑estate data coverage when not on residential sites.

Adhere to safety standards and protect company vehicle and equipment.

Represent CoStar professionally.

Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Physical Requirements

Repetitive sitting in a car, standing, walking up to 8 hours per day.

Lift, carry, maneuver equipment up to 5 pounds.

Perform manual tasks such as bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting.

Work outside during all seasons.

Available weekends on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

At least 2‑5 years of professional photography experience.

Real‑estate photography experience required.

High School Diploma or GED.

Strong customer‑service experience.

FAA Part 107 Drone License obtained within 30 days of offer.

Excellent time‑management, detail orientation, and data entry skills.

Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple iOS products.

Independent experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Compensation
The position is hourly, $54,500 annually, with monthly performance bonuses.
