To support a growing design agency, the full-time Associate Designer will lead visual execution across various media, develop scalable brand systems, and create polished, production-ready assets while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Lead design execution across brand, web, decks, social, and paid media
Build and maintain scalable brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma
Create internal marketing assets including case studies, decks, and visual narratives
Required qualifications
3-5+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Advanced fluency in Figma, including components and responsive systems
Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design
Ability to translate brand strategy into clean, compelling visual systems
Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney or similar)
