To shape the voice of innovative financial products, the remote UX Writer will create user-centered experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and simplify complex concepts while ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
Key responsibilities
Own copy across all product surfaces, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and user-focused
Collaborate with product designers to optimize user flows and enhance the overall product experience
Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, voice and tone guidelines, and copywriting standards
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Prior job experience in UX/UI writing, product design, product marketing, technical writing, or any copywriting role
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered writing
Strong understanding of UX principles and design
Familiarity with Figma
