Collaborating closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers, the full-time remote UX Writer will craft intuitive content for healthcare products, simplifying complex information and enhancing user experiences throughout the design process.
Key responsibilities
Write product content for onboarding, navigation, workflows, and key user experiences
Define content strategy and messaging for new features while participating in design critiques and user research
Continuously improve the product experience through collaboration and iteration
Required qualifications
4-6 years of experience writing for digital products or complex user experiences
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of UX writing principles
Previous experience working effectively on an agile distributed team
A portfolio showcasing product writing or UX content work
Interest in AI tools that support human-centered writing
