2nd Shift Production Specialist

Solventum is seeking Production Specialist candidates to join our team in Columbia, MO.

Job Summary
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday; 3:30pm – 11:30pm). Starting Pay: $27.21/hour + Shift Differentials.

Impact You’ll Make

Lead operations and serve as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes.

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems.

Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement.

Support production experiments, maintain accurate process documentation, and partner with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.

Ensure compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE).

Provide Team Leader tasks on a backup/as‑needed basis.

Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Skills and Expertise
Required qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).

Three (3) years’ manufacturing experience.

One (1) year in a lead role within a manufacturing environment.

Location & Travel
Work location: Onsite – 5400 Paris Rd, Columbia, MO 65202.

Travel: No Travel.
