Core Responsibilities
Define and execute architectural vision and roadmaps for strategic hybrid infrastructure platforms.
Develop reference architectures, implementation patterns, and proof‑of‑concepts.
Provide architecture leadership across on‑prem and cloud compute, storage, networking, OS, and system software.
Establish standards, design principles, and architectural guardrails.
Ensure solutions meet requirements for availability, performance, scalability, security, and resilience.
Lead integration architecture, dependency mapping, and interoperability with enterprise systems.
Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and architectural risks.
Partner with governance, risk, and operations teams to support stability and business continuity.
Evaluate architecture options using TCO, ROI, and strategic trade‑off analysis.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executive and technical stakeholders.
Influence decision‑making and bring clarity in ambiguous or emerging technology areas.
Stay current on industry trends and translate innovation into enterprise‑ready solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8‑10+ years related work experience, with at 3‑5+ years in architecture or senior technology leadership roles.
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
Deep expertise in:
Hybrid, hyperconverged, and hyperscaler architectures (AWS, AZURE, GCP, Nutanix preferred)
System integration and dependency management
Architecture governance, risk, and resilience
Proven ability to:
Lead enterprise‑scale architectural planning
Influence without authority
Translate business objectives into technical solutions
Communicate effectively with executive and technical audiences
