About the Role
As a

Customer Experience Specialist , you will be the warm, welcoming voice and face of our dealership. You will support our commercial fleet customers by ensuring every interaction is exceptional and leaves a lasting positive impression.

Responsibilities
Deliver an outstanding customer experience

in every interaction.
Greet customers

with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls

promptly and courteously.
Assist customers

with questions, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication.
Support Service Advisors

with administrative and customer service needs.
Coordinate information

between customers, advisors, and technicians.
Maintain accurate customer records

and documentation.
Create a positive, organized, customer-first environment

in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements

Positive, outgoing personality

Exceptional customer service

and communication skills.
Strong organizational

and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance

and attitude.
Comfortable using computers

and learning dealership software.
Automotive dealership or customer service experience

preferred, but we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
