About the role
The Art Director will be responsible for concepting and executing e‑commerce imagery, helping the Ann Taylor brand aesthetic come to life online. This position works closely with the Creative Director to concept and present seasonal campaigns and collaborates across teams to execute all channels. The Art Director ensures brand integrity in PDP and e‑commerce imagery and maintains continuity across all facets of the brand experience.
Responsibilities
Manage concept, design, and execution of brand creative for PDP and e‑commerce images.
Oversee the design team to ensure concepts and brand vision are consistently compelling.
Partner with the Lead Stylist on all e‑commerce photoshoots.
Supervise the online photo team, including photographers, stylists, hair and makeup for product shoots.
Art‑direct photo shoots.
Work closely with the production team to cast models and choose photographers for shoots.
Supervise all pre‑ and post‑production work for all imagery in coordination with the Photo Editor; manage into tight deadlines.
Generate ideas that bring the brand to life.
Maintain and establish high creative standards.
Communicate and distill conceptual ideas to the team.
Creatively supervise and manage the daily workflow of the design team.
Qualifications
BA in Marketing or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience within retail or brand environments.
Experience with art direction.
Experience with PDP.
Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process.
Self‑motivated and team‑oriented.
Strong problem‑solving and solution‑oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Strong internal motivation, natural ambition, and ability to work quickly on high‑level projects.
Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Location: Times Square Tower‑ANN, NewYork, NY10036.
Position Type: Regular / Full time.
Target Salary Range: $110,000‑$115,000.
