About the Role

The Regional Carrier Marketing Representative is a licensed commercial insurance professional with Middle Market Account Management or Marketer experience. The role serves as a first responder for urgent placement support across diverse coverage lines, markets, and industries, engaging directly with carriers and account teams to provide technical guidance and problem‑solving support aligned with corporate initiatives and account retention critical paths.

Duties & Responsibilities

Triage and support urgent placement or problem‑solving needs for the Middle Market Account Team.

Manage the internal coordination of Critical Path strategy session process, including scheduling, action items, tracking, and systematic follow‑up on a recurring monthly basis.

Support regional placement initiatives; utilize data and analytics to track and inform decisions.

Participate actively in carrier training meetings, document key insights, and distribute them to internal partners.

Maintain a shared resource library to support market placement and database tools.

Demonstrate a sales mentality with a commitment to service and a desire to win.

Act as an initiative‑taking critical thinker who enjoys problem‑solving, collaboration, and communicating with a broad range of key stakeholders (Service, Sales, Carriers).

Show competence and comfort with technology, including above‑average proficiency in EPIC agency management and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams).

Command corporate technology for storing and managing files and communicating valuable information for carrier relationships and market knowledge.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a licensed insurance agent with account manager or marketer experience in commercial lines middle market accounts across diverse industries.

Experience in an office setting within an administrative or commercial insurance role.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Washington or Oregon state P & C insurance producer license required.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $33–$41 per hour, depending on geographic location and related factors.
