The role that touches everything we put in market.
This is a high‑visibility, high‑variety role for someone who is equal parts creative and organized. You’ll own our day‑to‑day graphic design output, run the logistics behind our field marketing and industry events, produce our podcast and webinar content end‑to‑end, and keep our content pipeline moving. If you like owning the details and seeing your work in the market quickly, this is the seat.
WHO YOU ARE
Analytical, organized, and unstoppable. You crave clarity, and when it’s not there, you create it.
Relentlessly reliable. You meet deadlines. You close loops. You don’t drop balls – ever.
Fast‑moving and focused. You work at speed without sacrificing precision.
Naturally proactive. You anticipate problems and solve them before they land.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Graphic Design
Serve as the primary design resource for 9Sail’s marketing collateral: social graphics, one‑pagers, e‑books, infographics, email assets, and event materials.
Produce design deliverables for a small portfolio of client accounts, adapting to each client’s brand standards.
Build and maintain reusable Canva template libraries to scale output and keep quality consistent.
Enforce 9Sail’s visual identity standards—palette, typography, and visual motif—across every asset, flagging off‑brand work before it ships.
Field Marketing & Event Logistics
Coordinate logistics for industry conferences, sponsorships, and speaking engagements, including client and prospect entertainment, gifting, presentations, promotional items, shipping, and on‑site materials.
Support pre‑event campaigns and post‑event follow‑up, including lead capture and handoff to sales.
Podcast & Webinar Production
Manage end‑to‑end podcast production: guest scheduling and prep, recording coordination, editing (or managing outside editors), show notes, publishing, and distribution.
Own Zoom webinar logistics: registration pages, program outlines, speaker coordination, day‑of moderation/support, and post‑event follow‑up.
Repurpose episodes into audiograms, social clips, and supporting content.
Partner with sales to convert attendees into pipeline.
Content Project Management
Manage the marketing content calendar and production pipeline in Monday.com, keeping writers and stakeholders on track.
Traffic deliverables across contributors, track status, and remove bottlenecks before they become missed.
Other
You will be asked to take on additional marketing duties as assigned to support a fast‑moving team.
Why This Role Matters
You’ll have visibility across our sales and marketing operations and become indispensable to how we grow, communicate, and deliver. Your impact will be clear: when you’re in the seat, leadership runs faster, smoother, and smarter.
Your Success Formula
Must‑Haves
Impeccable attention to detail and obsessive follow‑through.
0–3 years of marketing, agency, or professional services experience in an assistant or production capacity.
Strong hands‑on Canva skills with examples demonstrating clean, on‑brand design across formats.
Proven project management ability—juggling multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables without dropping details.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable coordinating directly with clients and external vendors.
Self‑directed and organized, with the judgment to prioritize independently in a remote environment.
A proven track record of independent, deadline‑driven execution.
Prioritization skills that cut through the noise.
You never say, “That’s not my job.”
You think five steps ahead but execute in the now.
You have experience producing or supporting podcasts, webinars, and/or events.
You’re familiar with Monday.com, HubSpot, or comparable PM and CRM platforms.
