Ready to join a team that’s pioneering the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease? Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

Translate regulatory and governance requirements into clear, executable operational frameworks

Enable Marketing and Sales teams through:

Clear processes and standards

Practical guidance that reduces friction and administrative burden

6. Interim Stabilization and Scalable Target State

Operate initially in an interim stabilization setup to secure execution continuity

Define and implement a clear “stop‑doing list” to protect focus and sustainability

Transition the role into a fully established, scalable Operations function as staffing is stabilized

Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer to reduce single‑point‑of‑failure risk

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or related field

Solid experience in commercial, marketing, or sales operations (MedTech/Pharma preferred)

Experience with systems such as Salesforce and workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
